Analytics and Monitoring

Where to find usage, credit, and performance numbers for your AI Agents and team.

Veflow does not hide analytics in one single page — usage and performance numbers live close to the things they measure. This page maps out where to look.

Workspace-level numbers

The Dashboard is your primary analytics surface:

  • Total AI Usage and the weekly change of users, groups, agents, and knowledge base data.
  • The AI Credit Usage for each User table — per-member credit consumption with Last Activity.
  • Operations Activity — live KPIs across CRM and ERP (open tasks, purchase orders, deliveries) with status breakdowns and a 14-day trend.
  • The AI Agent — What it's done feed — recent autonomous agent actions, with failures flagged.

Credits and billing

Open Subscription from the sidebar for the financial view:

  • Total AI Credits, AI Credits Used, and AI Credits Remaining for the current period.
  • Billing History — a table of past charges with date, package, amount, method, status, and downloadable records.
  • Manage or change plans when your team is about to run out of credits.

Per-user analytics

In User Management, open a member's Detail User view to see their personal footprint: how many AI Agents they created and published, their knowledge base folders and files, their Total AI Usage in credits, and their Recent Activity timeline.

Per-agent conversations

Each agent's conversation history is the ground truth for how it performs:

  • The Conversation inbox collects every thread per agent, with published-channel history grouped by channel (Web, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram).
  • Reading real threads is the fastest way to judge answer quality and find gaps in the agent's knowledge base.

Plugin funnels

The Auto Follow-Up plugin has its own funnel dashboard: counters for Waiting Follow Up, Follow Up, Declined, Hand Overed, and Joined, each with a weekly change indicator, plus the underlying leads table. See Plugins.

Platform analytics area

A separate analytics area (Dashboard, Broadcasting, Company, Revenue) exists for platform-level administration. These views are reserved for platform operators and are still being built out — company admins and members do not need them for day-to-day work.

Suggested monitoring routine

  1. Check the Dashboard weekly change indicators every Monday.
  2. Scan the per-user credit table for outliers before the Next Billing Date.
  3. Sample a few published conversations per agent each week and feed corrections back into the prompt or knowledge base.
  4. Review the Auto Follow-Up funnel to see where leads stall.
