Plugins
Extend your workspace with ready-made plugins — follow-ups, lead finding, and AI video generation.
Plugins are ready-made feature packs activated for your company. They add complete workflows on top of your AI Agents — automatic lead follow-up, lead discovery, and AI video creation — and expose tools that agents can use.
Browsing the catalog
Open Plugin from the sidebar to see the plugins available to your company as cards with a name, version, and short description. Plugins are activated per company, so everything you install is shared with your whole workspace.
The catalog currently includes:

Required tools
Some plugins depend on tools that must be installed first. When you open such a plugin, a Required Tools dialog lists each dependency with its description and an install button. For example, Auto Follow-Up requires the Lead Filtration tool. Once every required tool shows as installed, the plugin detail page opens directly.
Auto Follow-Up
The Auto Follow-Up detail page is a small dashboard for your lead pipeline:
- Status counters with weekly change: Waiting Follow Up, Follow Up, Declined, Hand Overed, and Joined.
- A leads table with Lead Name, Email, No Whatsapp, From Agent, Note, Status, and actions to edit or delete a lead.
- Add Lead to register a lead manually.
- Setting Parameter to configure how follow-ups are sent: the Follow Up Channel, the Follow Up Delay before a follow-up goes out, the WhatsApp sender details, and the Message Template used for the message.
Lead Finder
Lead Finder helps you discover new prospects. Describe who you are looking for and it searches business data to return matching companies and contacts, which you can then save as leads and hand over to Auto Follow-Up. It is also available from the CRM section of the sidebar.
Video Generator
Video Generator creates short marketing videos with AI:
- Click New Video and describe what should happen in the video.
- Choose the avatar's digital identity — Auto (AI picks one), Custom (describe the person), Photo (upload an image, JPG or PNG up to 10MB), or Empty.
- Pick cinematography options: visual style (Photorealistic, Artistic Painting, Modern Anime, 3D Animation), format (16:9 Cinema, 9:16 Tiktok/Reels, 1:1 Instagram), playtime (5, 10, or 20 seconds), and the voiceover language.
- Review the generated script in Script Review, generate a preview, then Confirm & Start Generation.
- When rendering finishes you can download the MP4 or start a new video.
Finished and processing videos appear in the plugin's gallery, and the plugin's history page keeps a record of previous generations.
Plugins, tools, and agents
Installed plugin tools can be attached to an AI Agent from the Tools section of the studio's Configuration card, so agents can act on leads and other plugin data during conversations. See Creating AI Agents.
Related connections such as Gmail email and Google Calendar are set up in the CRM module's Email and Calendar pages by signing in with your Google account; once connected, they also power follow-ups, scheduling, and the Veflow Assistant.
Plugin actions that use AI — generating videos, finding leads, drafting follow-ups — consume AI credits from your company balance, visible on the Dashboard.
